I found the staff to be unprofessional and cold. I brought a cat in with an oral infection which I had read was common in animals sometimes. The vet jumped to a bunch of critical conclusions about what the problem could be including saying that the cat may have FIV or Feline leukemia. I told the vet that the adoption clinic that I got the cat from had shown paper work that indicated the cat had tested negative for all these conditions and was up to date on her vaccinations. The vet then dismissed that by saying that they often use tests that are not very accurate and could not completely be trusted. After speaking with the adoption clinic they assured me that the test were the same a vet would use and that they could not give the cat up for adoption if she had tested positive for any of the formerly mentioned conditions. I feel like the vet put doubt in my mind in order to make me believe that getting the cat retested was necessary when in fact it was not. These blood tests for cats
