When I ordered my Swim-mor pool I ordered their most expensive pool they made and with every option. The sales people were all over me. The first day they showed up started the job from hell. I heard a loud crash outside and the dump truck that showed up to dig the hole had backed into my beautiful tree and tore down this long sweeping limb the was the highlight of my yard. When I went outside he just looked at me and said "Oh well, read your contract, we don't cover damage to landscaping". that was the beginning of the worse attitude by any company ever. Then the owner showed up to do the layout. He disagreed with the way I wanted it and suggested another direction. When I hesitated he said "let me lay it out for you and if you don't like it we will change it." He reminded me, in a very condescending tone that once one shovel of dirt was removed I could not change it. The workers laid out the pool and I didn't like it.
