The BAD reviews are true! This is an absolute awful company. DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM THEM! They were nice as can be up until the point that they got the check. Then they treated you like trash! Not returning calls, never following through (which they did up until the point that they were paid) Even the owner is a jerk. They actually installed the pool in the wrong place (3 feet into the yard too far). They told me it was my responsibility to make sure that the pool was in the proper place. I though that is what I was paying them for. They told me it was going to be 15 feet from the property line, not 18 (I trusted them...big mistake). Now since it's only 3 feet, no big deal, the point is their response. They never gave instructions as to what to do with the pool during the off season. They just charged to close the pool and left. Never told about making sure the proper chemical levels were correct during the winter. After the second year, I had to have my pool ac
