This company is horrible!!!! Listen to the complaints people they are for real. Those that have posted positive remarks must be employees or friends of the company. The offer a good price and you are happy for the first year. Then when the pool starts to fall apart, they do not respond and even will hang up on you. Lauren and Mike at the office have no customer service skills and are famous for saying, "that is out of warranty." I have a crack in my pool that they patched once already when it was three years old and now it is cracked again. I have been waiting since July 2010 for them to fix as I keep losing water from the pool. I am still waiting and it is 2011. If you want a cheaper inground pool that comes with headaches, go with swim-mor.
