Review content:
Our pool is about four years old. We haven't had to use their service deptment until recently when the mortar on the coping began to crack and pieces of the bluestone coping were loose. I called the service deptment and talked to Eric. WIthin a couple days a crew was out and fixed the coping at no charge.\r

I believe that people are more motivated to enter comments when they are upset and have negative things to say than when they get good service. I wanted to make sure that Eric and the service team were recognized for their good service.
