Review content:
I had my pool installed 5 years ago, Swimmor only guarantees 3 years. In the first 3 years they were difficult to deal with and never provided good service once they were paid for the installation. The entire bottom of the pool cracked off and had to be replaced. Tiles have fallen off, I have replaced 4 motors and pumps, the chlorinator broke 2 years ago, the coping is lifting out of the ground. I would never recommend this company to anyone. After reading some of these posts, I have to think they were posted by Swimmor employees and the owner. When he says how can he be responsible for a 9 year old pool, well, the owner probably started calling about the problem 8 years ago. They are definitely NOT service oriented. Also, I was told by their office that they do not perform openings or closings once you are out of your 3 year warranty period, so whoever writes that they do, well they must know someone.
