Swim-Mor built my pool 3 years ago and all through construction, the last three years, and even the service call I had last week things have always gone smooth. I find the negative service reviews here hard to believe. The service department has always been courteous and responsive whenever I have needed help understanding and servicing my pool. I was referred to Swim-Mor by two of my neighbors who are very happy as well. Working in customer service myself in which online reviews are common I know that there is always two sides to these stories and the only one you get to hear is the customer who didn't get there way, whether it is a valid complaint or not. I always tell my customers to check out a qualified site such as the Better Business Bureau.
