I have lived in many apartments through out the US and this is one of the worst. When I moved in the place was filthy. The bathrooms looked like they had never been cleaned and the carpet was crunchy from soap being left on them. A month later I received a bill for money I did not owe, and had to fight them on that. Then the first month I lived their the AC would not work. I received the run around from the office, who had no clue what was going on. Then they tried to tow my car, because their staff is uninformed as to what is considered a registered vehicle in the state of AZ. They go on the word of the tow truck drivers they hire. Then I receive a notice stating I can not have a grill on my patio. When I called about this, I was told over and over again that it was in my lease. I told them it was not and all they would say was yes it was. Then I got a goverment agency involved, and then all of a sudden they can read, and realize it is not stated in my lease. Their answeri
