I was very troubled to see tail-gating going on in the parking lot of Kutis Funeral Home on Gravois Blvd. on a recent visit. The atmosphere was disrespectful, intimidating and prevented other visitors from parking their cars, which created a safety hazard for elderly visitors especially, who had to park on the street. I expressed my concern to a Kutis employee, and was told that "Mr. K. says it's OK as long as they don't bring it (alcohol) inside." Just because it's not illegal does not make it "OK."\r
