Review content:
Do not go to Rite Aid for passport photos or any service. After reading in the weekly advertiser that they offered passport photos within a matter of a few minutes, I drove all the way across town for photos on Sunday, July 13, 2008. After waiting 10 minutes for service at the photo department, I finally had to ask someone at another counter to help me. When a "manager" came, he said he wasn't trained to take the photos, and that the person who does it won't be back for another hour. I left.\r

I returned the following day at about 0830 am and went in to the photo department again. I waited five minutes and finally had to ask another employee to find someone to help me. When another "manager" came to the photo department, he said that the equipment was broken and they were not able to do passport photos. I left. \r
\r
I will not give any business to that store again, for any reason.\r
