I took my car for a minor door repair at F&S and after the repair was done, realized the next day that the auto-up feature on the car stopped working. (it was working fine before i dropped off my car at F&S). \r \r I went to the owner brent and asked him to take a look at this. His first response: "You might have broken it over night" and then he said "was it working before". I explained him how everything was working before I dropped my car off to his shop. \r \r Then he looked at the problem and having realized that he BROKE it, simply stated "It was a sheer COINCIDENCE that it broke during the repair work and he was NOT responsible". How on earth if something that was working before gets broken during his repair is a co-incidence?? And on top, he is very arrogant with his customers (absolutely not a way to deal with customers)\r \r I would not have minded if he was apologetic for screwing up my car and be up-front and honest with me about it, but he was adamant that it happened as a co-in
