This company lies an lies BAD well first off we will pay your appraisal.. then we will close on monday well the appraisal guy calls an says this is whats holding the closing date up so i pay it sence JB Miller said he would pay it an never did then i go in to the office an they say the closing will be wed. NOPE wasent then ither then they say friday nope not then ither also they said get your electric gas insurance water on so we did an payed deposits well now im paying bills for a house i dont own.. \r
