My kitchen sink clogged over Labor Day weekend and I saw that Roto-Rooter at this location has an A rating on Angie's List, has an eco-rating, and a coupon. I was able to schedule online on the evening of Labor Day for a 9 a.m. appointment. I received a confirmation email immediately. The dispatcher called at 8:40 to let me know the roto-rooter crew was on their way, and they arrived exactly at 9. It was a team of trainee and trainer, so I saw how thoroughly the training system is worked out. They fixed the problem quickly and I was impressed with their efficiency. They offered to look at the other drains and gave me some fee-free suggestions for how I could maintain my drains myself. Very helpful, courteous, punctual.
