Review content:
There is no really "good" time to address a big issue like a plumbing problem. Currently I am located in Cincinnati and the plumber I received service from was James. He was not only very professional, courteous, but empathetic. Realizing you are facing the idea of having to replace almost all of the piping, adding lining, and installing the main entry outside was not an easy task to face. James and the rest of the crew that came out to install these pieces were absolutely wonderful with the information they gave via each step and also explaining the benefits of doing something vs. the risks of not. I feel that at the end of the day while the amount of work needed was unfortunate; I got the best value and best service by going through Roto-rooter. That to me is what is key, i feel they did the best job and were the best for this job. Thanks Roto-Rooter!
