I needed a plummer in Cincinnati and called Roto-Rooter and was delighted with the results. I was still in their database from a service call several years ago. And the best news was they would have a technician to call me within an hour. Oops...that was too quick for me as I was about to run an errand. No problem they scheduled me for later in the evening. Eddie arrived as promised, quickly diagnosed and repaired my toilet in less than 30 minutes.
