I woke up at 7 in the morning to get ready for work only to find that the plumbing in the bathroom was not working properly, I called Roto Rooter at 7:30AM to set up an appointment for that day to find out that they could be there between 8-9AM. I was very pleased with how fast they were able to respond to the call. When Roto Rooter showed up Paul, the technician and a trainee (not sure of his name) who was with him were very polite, asked what the situation was and I explained it to him and then they figured out exactly what needed to be done. Paul gave me a list of options that I had for the different packages they offered and I chose one and they went to work right away! Once they started cleaning out the main line they ran into a few trouble spots due to the actual drain itself but they were able to get the main line working properly and things moving freely. Since they hit a few problem areas they called the supervisor and explaind to him that this wasnt the first time Roto Rooter
