This is a very mixed review ,on the overall welfare of your pets I would have to vote quite negative ,as emphasis' is in favor of profits.\r
I do not have enough knowledge to critique the medical ( limited ) portion of the visit.\r
The total experience was just not right.\r

If there is no other choice ,then they could save your pet if enough $$$$ is given.\r
The staff was initially prompt courteous and compassionate .\r
Within 5 minutes pet was weighed ,vitals logged as severely distressed and taken away to an oxygen container.\r
We were taken to a room where it was announced as "sold room X"\r
given forms to fill out 1st was info and consent for $120 bill already spent to this point\r
2nd form we never finished as it had a glaring $300 request ,for the next step, fluids and or stabilizing triage.\r
so no FURTHER care was administered\r

I understand they need to turn a profit,\r
\r
but from this point I wanted to take the pet else where.\r

The doctor came in and still
