Review content:
Run by a bunch of rude, uneducated, self-entitled morons who don't even know the law regarding towing in the state of Illinois. Threatened collections when we refused to pay almost 300 bucks for an inoperable car illegal towed from private property worth little more than that. Swore at us when we tried to clean out the car -- told us we couldn't have any personal possessions in the vehicle. That's fine, I know that's the law. Apparently this is the only law they're familiar with. We were simply going to throw all the garbage away and save them the trouble. Guess they like trouble.
