Review content:
Since early 2008, when Fairfield Properties took over Henry on the Park, the complex has declined significantly. The on-site management seems unable to keep up with the need for maintenance and upgrading, and increasingly sacrifices security and the quality of building interiors in favor of cosmetic improvements to the grounds. Their most galling error was their decision to rent between 17 and 20 apartments to clients of a business know as "Project Transition." These tenants are persons with a history of emotional or social dysfunction and/or drug dependence who are identified by PT as "difficult". They are in the complex in order to make the transition to mainstream living after having failed at other types of rehabilitation. They receive only 9 to 5 supervision, and many are heavily medicated to control their behavior.
