Review content:
The people at accounts department at Holly Tree have been horribly incompetent. They say they will submit my claim on a specific date and they do not follow through! They tell me they will flag my account a certain way and they do not. They sent a harassing letter about my account being late (because the insurance claim was submitted incorrectly), then hang up on me when I call about it! I would not recommend this practice because of the extremely poor accounts department.
