I have tried almost every Shabu Shabu restaurant in LA- and Mizu 212 is a step above the rest. The food is extremely fresh and the sauces have something special that others don't have. The service is always fast and attentive- but not too over-bearing. The menu is short and simple and easy to order from. The only drawback is the seating- since it is bar seating, it is hard to go there with a large group.
