Review content:
When our initial contract was written; it was to be understood that along with getting the roof repaired that they (Jasper)would also repair/replace our AC unit. The contract was written/signed on 3/30/13. The roof was replaced on 4/20/13 and receipt/warranty was received on 5/29/13. However prior to (Jasper) receiving payment there were several calls from (Jasper) to "check" the status of payment and each time someone came out or called to check with us regarding the status; we always asked the person with whom we spoke with when someone would come out and check the AC. Our question was ignored each time. We received the same response from every worker (i.e... let me check on it and I'll give you a call tomorrow). Tomorrow never came. Today is 6/11/13 and we have yet to hear anything in regards to the AC unit. Overall the roofing services were great but that's where it ends. I would recommend the roofing services to someone else nothing more.
