Businiess name:  Myers Carpet

Review content:
We found a carpet tile that my wife really liked and she went to Myers since thaey were the only one that carried this. She placed the order and payed for it in advance. This was a week-and-a-half before Thanksgiving. She was told ""Be here in two weeks"".\r \r Well two weeks came and was told,"" Be here next week"". So Friday before Monday the day it was to come in she was told,"" they didn't think the carpet was even made yet"". Now we had been working on a remodel project and the carpet was the last piece to the puzzel before the Christams holidays. We had already scheduled the whole family over for our ""Open House"" and now were faced with no carpet and no room for everyone. We had to change the new furniture delivery date and change the house around to handle everyone. My wife was so upset she called the manufacture to give them a ""piece of her mind"". Well the mfr. was more than helpful and gave her more info in five minutes than what Myers did in four weeks. She got the order number and the date it was to be delivered.\r \r Two weeks had passed and still no word from Myers on the status. My wife called the manufacture yesterday and they gave her when it was delivered and who even signed for it and Myers still didn't call. While with the CS Rep she asked when the order was placed, December 12th, nearly four weeks ""AFTER"" she placed the order and payed for the carpet. She was hot before but this sent her over the edge. She called Myers and very calmly asked when they opened on Saturday and she would be down to pick the order up while still not telling them who she was. We will follow up with our ""experience"" from this morning. \r \r While I cannot speak for the Myers in Georgia I can for this one in Nashville.I know of Lemonade Stands they have better business and customer service than Myers. How and why they are still in business or the salesperson is there is a mystery to me. One of the worst business dealings we've encountered ever. \r \r The Jones Family Pros: Are you kidding? Cons: Not enough space here and how much time do you have?
