Please be advised that Lakeline Villas Apartments are beautiful and ... management is deceiving. I resided there for 2 years and never had much trouble the entire time. That is, until I grew tired of throwing money away for rent and found a home. UDR will drain the life out of you when you try to further your life and move on from their properties. I kid you not. Everyone knows that buying a home is stressful, exciting, and for the most part, costly. Everyone except Lakeline Villas management! They will nickel and dime you until you can barely afford to go anywhere. \r

They run a business, yes, but with no humanity whatsoever. They switched staff members numerous times during my residence there and at first I did not understand why. You cannot get along with them once it's time to move. They treat you like dirt! It's like hurry up and get out so that we can get the next sitting duck moved in. DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM! If you work hard for your money and do not care to throw it away, if you want to move to an apartment and be able to move out just as easily, then this is NOT the place for you. Give yourself peace of mind and please choose another place of residence. You will be soooo glad you did. Wish I had!
Pros: They added flat screens to apts. Beautiful landscaping.
Cons: Treat you unjustly, ignore your concerns and talk down to you once you question their actions.
