Some of the negative reviews either complained about not getting an all you eat price or unfriendly service which I can't figure out. I've been to this particular location a couple of time and haven't had any issues with their customer service. Food is pretty good and I've had the experience of someone coming and asking me if I need my drink refilled. The atmosphere is pretty nice whether you decide to eat inside or outside. They have music, TVs and free wi-fi access as well. You can also purchase Italian coffee, pasta sauce and pasta just to name a few things. The ordering process somewhat confusing even after you've been there a couple of times. The one thing I did notice with regularity was how impatient and inconsiderate some people were when everything (and I mean everything) didn't go their way and they make a big scene about it. Yes, prices for some of their food might seem a little too expensive to some--especially for some of their deserts. I'll say one thing though--it didn't seem to be hurting them--the several times I ate there. A main course with a salad, bread around $7.95-$8.95 plus cost of drink might be a lot of money in this part of the country but I've seen these and higher in other places especially Austin, Houston and Dallas. I've seen more expensive entrees on their menu. It's not one of those places you might eat at on a regular basis but just experience some different cusine. I go there to eat pizza because I like the flavor and taste it gets coming from a wood-burning oven--not the typical Pizza Hut or Little Caesars pizza joints . I also go there to experience some of the unique Neapolitan (and I stress Neapolitan) pasta sauces/selections. I've been to some Mexican places that are just as expensive if not more--depending on what you order. Have you also seen the prices at Schlotzky's lately? LOL. They are getting just as ridiculous. If you're on a tight budget or looking for a more than generous portion of food for cheap--less than 5$--this place isn't for you. You might want to stick with places like McDonalds, Whataburger or Golden Coral. I don't even think you can get a regular size Whataburger (and Whatasize it) for that much.
