Review content:
They did not give us fees for the move before arriving, we paid 3 times what our quote was. ONLY one guy showed up to move us and we had to help or it would have taken well into the evening. The same thing happened when the furniture was delivered to the new place. The same guy showed up to move it in at 6:30 am no call like he was suppose to. When there was a dispute over the charges he took off and we almost had to call the police. Finally after contacting the owner he came back. It did not take as long to lnload. He did not follow the check off list with our belonging. A few items we never recieved back and a few were broken. I realized breakage may occure but the rest of the nighmare was because the company scams which is why they want cash to deliver. It was such a nightmare we just wanted it over and took out losses..
