This company was amazing! I was traveling through Miner, MO from MS on my way to CO. I locked my keys IN MY TRUNK when my phone died and I stopped to get a car charger. A very nice girl who worked at the Dollar General I had stopped at recommended Satterfield's from a past experience when Satterfield went above and beyond, turning down a tow fee in favor of a lesser fee for unlocking a car. I called, told them my dogs were locked in the car as well, and they were there in less than 10 minutes! Not only did they arrive near instantaneously, they only charged me $35! I have never paid less than $60 for this service, and never waited less than 30 minutes. If they go into the hotel business, I'd like to be their first customer!
