Horrible, horrible experience at this place! The ‘owner’ Bob started freaking out on me for using the brush they have sitting there to use on the automatic bay wash. He screamed at me to hurry up and when I replied no problem, put the brush back and went to get back in my car, I said “I won’t be coming here again, the customer service is terrible”. Bob actually put his arm and head in my car and was screaming at me in front of my 4 year old child!! Completely, totally unacceptable! \r

I am all about supporting my local businesses, however, Bob Knoll’s actions are completely out of line. I will be telling anyone and everyone to stay clear of this place and spend your money elsewhere. I can tell you he has no respect for the customers that were willing to spend their money there. \r
