I really wish that the manager would read the reviews because saying its the best place is insulting. My hairdresser - colorist and pretty much everyone else who works there are so busy having conversations with each other about CHIT that has no relevance to hairdressing that they do not hear my comments like, ""would you please only touch up the roots"". So, I end up with this huge bill at the end of my treatments for CHIT I did not want. I hate this place already and going elsewhere.
