I was completely ripped off by this company! I have never had such a terrible experience with a business before. The serviceman was completely incompetent and even rude. I ended up having to help him figure out how my furnace worked. Even though he wasn't able to fix the problem, he still charged me nearly $400! When I complained to the owner, he said that the cost was for the 30 minutes he spent at my house. Since when do servicemen make $800 an hour for doing NOTHING!!!!\r
Pros: NONE!
Cons: EVERYTHING!
