What a horror story... as if I don't dread going to a doctor already. This doctor really needs to hire another receptionist. She screws up appointment schedules constantly - and I had to come into the office twice and just leave. She reschedules appointments by herself and then claims that I was the one who requested the change. Which can't be true because the day that she scheduled it is on a day that I can never do!
Then she blames it on her English. She says, 'my English is bad'. Well, then doctor, please get another receptionist.
Then if she you don't show up for an appointment, then she will charge you a no show fee... per hour... and you are not even notified when you are first there that there is a fee for cancelling appointments. The irony? How are they going to compensate YOU for the times that you came into the office and then leave because you actually did not have an appointment? They call you - sometimes- to remind you that you have an appointment. beware of this doctor's office. I should've left the first time this happened. But I thought.. everyone needs a second chance and got trapped into this mess.
