Worst company ever. Stay far away. They came out to fix our pump under warranty from pentair. The technician, without taking more than 5 seconds told my wife what the problem was and they would only do this 1 thing to my pump. My wife was confused and thought the damaged part would be repaired. The technician began to raise his voice and be disrespectful towards my wife. My wife told me she felt like unsafe so she sent him away. She was home alone. I called them back to come see me when I would be home and they told me they would have to charge me $99. I refused and asked for a manager because they needed to make it right because their tech. was disrespectful to us. The manager was super rude as well and refused. STAY AS FAR FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN. THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
