Review content:
A few friends of my wife and myself decided to walk over to Gepetto's as we live in the neighborhood.
We were greeted right away and then given a table and some menus. We then watched as a couple that entered about 5 minutes after us got drinks and their order placed while we were waiting. Bear in mind, our waitress didn't offer us drinks, or even water. In fact, she didn't even come over to our table, or acknowledge our presence. She spent time helping some other people who were leaving clean up. She checked on 2 other tables. She didn't apologize for being busy, she didn't even stop by at all. After 20 minutes of waiting, we just got up and left, and I don't think they even noticed.
This makes me sad, because the food isn't bad. I will not be back.
Pros: Great atmosphere, cozy, patio dining, intruiging menu.
Cons: Pricey for quality, deplorable service.
