Businiess name:  Maxwell Medical

Review content:
Yes, the physical therapy helped my sore elbow and carpal tunnel. But although each visit only costs patients an arbitrary $10 copay (no matter what your insurance), Maxwell Medical bills your insurance company an exorbitant rate. They are only looking for money from your insurance company, not you, but loopholes like this are why premiums continue to increase. An assessment and a treatment were billed $3700. My insurance company paid them the 60% that it covers, while I was only on the hook for $10. I am promptly finding a non sketchy doctor that can help me and charge me my correct copay for reasonable rates. I guess you should know better to not go to a place that hands out flyers on the street. Too bad, the treatment was great! If you don't have a conscience, this place is fine.
