I beg to differ with the other reviews. I have been going to this place for close to two years now and the owner was telling me how 2 clients have been unhappy and bashing the medspa as well as her. she told me that if I really appreciate them to write it on a review on city search so here I am. \r
The clinicians have been around for as long as they have been open, which tells me clearly how well the staff is treated. The front desk is the only personnel that has changed since I have been going there. I get phonecalls from them to confirm all my appointments and again after my treatment which is actually to see if I liked my treatment or if I have any questions regarding that treatment, I think this is a great service. They also call me if they have any promotions going on and I have requested them that they notify me, again I think this is a great service. I have not once been bothered to buy something that I did not want to purchase or something that I did not need. As a matter of fact, I trust the owner more than any other person. She tells me the way things are, never lies, and instead of selling me on a service she tells me not to get it if she feels like its not going to benefit me. This is what impresses me the most about her, she never has pushed me to do something that I did not need. As a matter of fact, I was scheduled to get juvederm today and she felt that I did not really need this so I agreed with her...Its not about the money, its about me and my well being.\r
I would recommend YUVAN MEDSPA to anyone who is looking for a great experience. All, my friends in the area go to them and they love this place. They do require credit card to hold appointments which is reasonable all the high end spa's do this. I realize they have a no refund policy but again they offer trial size products to try out before making a much larger investment, so if I don't like the product than I don't have to buy it in first place.
