How many negative remarks have to be put up here to counteract the 5 star reviews very clearly and obviously written by the owner and possibly her staff..... \r
TRUST me when I tell you its a sham... no one would write a review like ""Im teaching others how to take care of my skin"" and use esthetician terms like ""Vibradermabrasion"" etc.... \r
At this spa you have to give a credit card number BEFORE you are given an appointment and even if your child is deathly ill and you cancel, you will STILL be charged the cancellation fee... There are NO refunds on any products or purchases - even if you have not used any services and the owner cares nothing about her clients.... (not that she has any) but only about the money!!!\r
There are always new people working there (because everyone quits after they see whats going on there) and the owner is cold, unethical and down right nasty!!! if you dont believe the real reviews here.... go ahead and see for yourself... youve been warned!!!\r
(now I bet right after this review.... there will be a miraculous 5 star review to follow it, lauding the spa as a blissful retreat where one is pampered and adored!)
Pros: The staff seem like they really do care.
Cons: The owner cares too.... about how much money she can make off you!
