Review content:
A knife is the heart of any good chef. Hawthorne is the place to find the right knife for the right job.
However, as I was browsing the kitchen knives, I got into a rather indepth conversation on self defense with the owner.
He shared an enthralling story of his teen daughter overseas who had learned to defend herself from him and survived to tell about it. I intend for my daughter to take lessons from the folks at Hawthorne Cutlery.
One other thing I found there, was a "Secret Spy Knife" A knife hidden inside a pen. Just $5.00. Pretty Cool..just don't sign for your airline ticket with it!
