These apartments are not safe and let alone the management stinks. The management who runs this complex are tight wads but they are also crooks. They might look quiet but that's the decietfullness and once your in here you will regret not looking elsewhere. The maintenance man is a joke, he is not certified to fix and repair AC's or plumbing, and it's funny how they don't want to spend money but they will spend it on calling the professional AC and plumbing guys to repair it. The is a lot of buglaries not only on vehicles but also in apartments. There is no security and a lot of vandalism. Idiots are seen selling drugs on the property and mind you, they don't even live here but you do have some that do. They will not replace your appliances, if they do, it's out of another vacant apartments, and they advertise cei+ling fans, well your lucky if your apartment came with a ceiling fan but just understand that if it breaks, they won't replace it either. The laundry room is a pigsty and the washer and dryers are a ripoff and are always broken, mind you that there are 8 washers and 4 dryers. When it's cold or hot, there are no windows or screens in the laundry room. I had the opporunity to move and I regret not moving but I urge you to look elsewhere. Plus you split the water, utility bills amoungst other tenants and even if you don't use that much water or if your gone for two to three weeks, or even months, they will still charge you and you are responsible ultimately of other people wasting water. And then you are being charged a fee for the dumpster, that gets overloaded by people who don't live in this complex, who are seen dumping there crap and furniture in our dumpsters. I too, believe that it's worth looking elsewhere. \r
