Likes: I love the fact that I feel great and it is not too far from home. It's a beautiful, clean office and very kid friendly.\r \r Dislikes: When you make an appointment at most places, they tell you what it available. Here, they put you in wherever you want, the problem with that is, that if I want an appointment at 3:00 and so do 20 other people, chances are I am not getting in at that time. I would rather they tell me tocome at 2:45 instead since it will be less busy. I think they are trying to be more convenient by doing this manner of scheduling, but it's backfiring. I also don't recommend that you pay in cash. They were too busy to give me a receipt once and my payment never made it in the account. Since the girls working there are not the ones who are doing the billing (they are out-sourced to a Tacoma facility) there is really no accountabilty. So, I learned from my mistake, just use your debit card every time and keep the receipt and make them do it then instead of waiting for them to send you the bill, trust me, it gets too confusing. Also, the turnover rate is kind of high, the front desk faces are always changing. So be prepared for that.\r \r And finally the only other negative is that the communication is poor. When you first start, they don't really tell you what kind of schedule you will be on. I had to ask. I did feel ahead of the curve because the atlas orthogonal type of treatment he does is something I am used too. I have been going to one for years, but I think they should explain his philosophy instead of just assuming I might know. My husband started going (he has never been to a D.C.) before and he felt very lost because of communication gaps.\r \r Bottom line: You will feel better when you go but just make sure you ask questions and pay attention to accounts. Most of the probs are with the front desk. Pros: Quality care, kid friendly Cons: poor front desk, long wait times, 3rd party billing
