Review content:
The shuttle may get you there, but don't change your plans! I booked the shuttle and then our plans changed. I called within hours and was told that there were no refunds and that I should have been told that at the time I gave my credit card (I was NOT told at the time of booking). I was then given the runaround for weeks and promised a check that never came. When I called back yet again, I was told that I was lucky that they had even agreed to a refund and that they would once again inquire about the check. I am not holding my breath! I have booked travel for work and personal use for years and have not been treated so rudely in all of my experience. I never took the shuttle, but know some people that did - it may get you there, but my advice is Buyer Beware!!! They charge you both directions to your credit card upon booking and you cannot get it back.
Pros: I understand they will get you to your destination.
Cons: No refunds, even if you are not told at the time of booking and VERY RUDE staff.
