HORRIBLE experience!! purchased my wedding dress10 months before my wedding. The consultant we worked with was amazing, and I was so excited! It all went downhill from there. The seamstress worked a very limited schedule (which did not include weekends), and being from out of town this would have been nice to know before I purchased my dress. They would not work with me to schedule a fitting so I had to take an entire day off work. This would be fine except i had to have 4 fittings because it was never done right. 2 weeks before my wedding i came for my final fitting and had been told my dress would be ready to take with me unless there was any last min. alterations that needed to be done. When I arrived my dress was EXACTLY the same as it looked at my last fitting...nothing had been done! Not only had they not done the alterations they were supposed to do, but they were also supposed to clean the dress because the bottom was a little dirty from my bridal portrait. The dress was still dirty! It hadn't been touched! I explained how I came all the way to try on and take the dress with me. My appointment was at 10 am and they were not able to work with me to have the dress ready by the end of that day to take home. Which would mean I'd have to make another trip the week of my wedding to get the dress. What bride wants or has time to do that?? Luckily, I had a bridesmaid who lived in charlotte. I was worried because at this point I did not trust Nitsa's but they assured me the dress would be altered correctly (including the belt sewn onto the dress) pressed and ready to wear. On my wedding day when I pulled the dress out it was a wrinkled disaster!!! I had to have it sent to be pressed 6 hours before I walked down the aisle. And...the belt wasn't sewn on like it was supposed to be!!! I would never recommend for anyone to go to this place!
