These other people might have just gotten there cars. But I went to auto max 2x to get 2 different cars over period of 3 years and ill never go there again. Each time I went there the vehicle had unforseen costly repairs I had to put out of my pocket, only months later. Each one of my cars also had transmission problems from the start. They will always send you to their mechanic, Charlie's, who happens to sit on their lot. He takes forever and its never fixed right.. but yet he won't assume no responsibility. All their cars are priced double what Kelly blue book says. They have another location but under a different name, auto place USA, in runnemede. Like I said, most of their cars are lemons. I test drove a few of them that were knocking and all kinds of stuff, yet they are selling them. You might not have problems the first month or so, but there will be. Don't trust auto max, you will get ripped off in the end.
