This review is regarding consignment. Don't put your pristine gown on consignment if want to get it back in the same shape. I left a $4000 Monique Lhuillier gown that had been heirloom preserved and had no damage to it whatsoever. When I picked up the gown after a few months because it had not been sold, it was filthy and had pulls in the fabric. The petticoat was also torn. I had written into my contract that they would keep the gown in a plastic bag, which they did not do. \r \r I realize that when you leave a dress to be tried on that there will be some wear that happens to it. But this is far beyond the usual wear of trying on. They do not have carpet on their floor, so the floor is black and dusty, which got all over the dress. I'm sad I left my dress there for them to ruin.
