Stay far away from this company, they are friendly during the initial sign up making no mention of being locked into a 3 year contract. The sales person tells you the credit card processing fees and their monthly fees are low, however after a few monthly statements their rates go up higher than initially agreed upon. Once I mentioned that I was unhappy with their services and wanted to cancel, they told me that I was locked into a 3 year contract and a early termination fee would cost between $250-$300 and or $25.00 a month for the remainder of the contract. STAY AWAY from Merchant One they are a rip off company. I will be contacting BBB and my attorney.
