Incompetent Staff-my kids took lessons here for about six months as well as a summer camp. I didn't think the summer camp for preschool was worth the money. But my big problem was that they requested my credit card for automatic billing for my kids' music lessons and then constantly overcharged me. Whenever I inquired as to the billing I was treated as if I was annoying them. They never once apologized. After several months of over billing, I cancelled our services. A month after cancelling lessons, they billed my card again! I found most of the teachers good but they (or the management) seemed quite unorganized. My daughter had about four recitals rescheduled while she was taking lessons and my son had two rescheduled under six months I would skip them and use Arts & Music instead. We have a great teacher come to our house and she is cheaper than OnStage. If you do use them, don't do automatic billing!
