First of all, I have no idea what the first 2 reviewers are complaining about. Their reviews couldn't be further from the truth. I have been to Smile Care many times now and I have NEVER had a bad experience. First of all, one reviewer claims discrimination. I almost laughed when I read that. I am a minority and have always been treated with professionalism and kindness. I am one who used to hate going to the dentist and avoided it at all costs. My last dentist really made an impression on me and not in a good way. He made it such a terrible experience that I was fearful to go to any dentist. Needless to say I started having problems when I got older and finally had to break down and go. On my first few visits, I started with the hygienist Lacey. She was so funny yet professional that I was immediately at ease. On top of that, she is amazing at her job. I went from deep pockets of 5 and 6 to pockets of 3's and few 4's. She is not only thorough but patient. After I got through with Lacey, I had start the with the actual dental work. So again, I got nervous because I was not sure how the dentist would be. However, I had nothing to be nervous about. Dr. Rivera and her staff have been amazing. They are amazing at their jobs. Dr. Rivera explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. Even when I remembered more questions after I left, her staff was very kind in giving me thorough explanations. Each visit has been personable and easy. On top of that, their advice on pain management after procedures was so good that I had NO pain after every visit I have had. The claim about the long wait was ridiculous as well. I have been there many times and they have always been prompt. Now I am not one who normally writes reviews but when I saw the ludicrous claims a couple of people made against this office, I am compelled to speak up. Going to the dentist has almost become an enjoyable experience now. Believe me, you will not be disappointed if you choose to go here. :)
