Review content:
Although the doctor is excellent, other workers are incompetent and we had a bad experience!\r My daughter clearly stated to the receptionist at the time of the appointment that she did NOT want a contact exam. Immediately following the exam, she informed me that there was a $40.00 charge for the contact exam. I stated that she told you she did not want the exam. She argued that it was my daughter's fault for not informing the doctor. I felt the receptionist should tell the doctor and that my daughter said she did not know what was being done for the regular exam and what was being done for the contact exam. The doctor came out and said if she did not charge for the contact exam then she would have charge for a sick office visit because my daughter complained of redness in her eyes.\r So I was forced to pay for services that we DID NOT want and specifically told them we did not want!
