Forget the whining from dissatisfied customers. Nobody in the auto repair biz gets it right 100% of the time. My experience with Japanese Specialists:\r
1. got me in for a new starter at 3PM on a Friday\r
2. got me out by 5PM\r
3. used a Bosch reman starter not some other unknown brand\r
4. charged me $347 total when I had been told by another shop it would be OVER $800!!!\r
5. had to go back because my cruise control didn't work\r
6. got me in in 60 seconds!\r
7. got me out in 3 minutes! (a hose had been inadvertently unhooked)\r

These are good peeps, Randy (owner) and Jason (mechanic) are great for the repair they did for me!\r
