I have had problems with Noisy neighbors (but to be fair, Apt's aren't the best built in general, no proper insulation between units) but once I had had enough, I took complaint to management, and they did notify with warning to those neighbors, they quieted down some, but again, it's Apartment living. Some people just don't have the intelligence to be courteous of their movements and noise levels. I do know that people have had their lease terminated, due to not following the rules for noise levels, so that's a good thing. Other than that, I think the premises are kept up nicely, staff has always treated me kindly. I have never had problems with bugs, but then again, I keep my apt. clean. If you are a quiet individual or someone who keeps your children behaved, I would recommend this complex. If you are noisy and don't follow rules, look elsewhere.
