HoemApteka has HORRIBLE customer service I have ever received from a company!!!
When they answered the phone, they did not greet me or ask how they can help. I explained that I had not received my order although it was paid for over a month ago and was emailed saying it was shipped out. He did not ask me what my order number was or my name so he has no idea what shipment I was referring to. He simply asked me “can you wait”. I assumed he was asking me if he can put me on hold but he was being rude saying to wait for the order. I understand that shipping takes time and things are out of his control once they are in the courier hands but his attitude and ill taste words were totally uncalled for. He ended up calling me the worst customer ever and asked me if I was having a bad day and then proceeded to tell me he was having a wonderful morning and if I would like to hear about it. At the end of the call he proclaimed that I was just looking for attention. What kind of customer service is that????? I never write reviews for anything so if I am going out of my way to write this, then service must be completely unacceptable. Clearly he lacks the personality and respect it takes to work with people
I will never buy anything from this company again!! I am still in shock as to how badly I was treated. Unbelievable.
